If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened non-perishable goods and assistance with any shipping damages.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure that the olive oils, vinegars, or pantry items are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our farm shop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested replacement within 5-7 business days.
