To preserve the quality and flavor of your extra virgin olive oil, store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources like the stove. Ensure the cap is tightly sealed after each use.

Are your olive oils cold-pressed?

Yes, all of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are produced using a cold-extraction process. We keep the temperature below 80.6°F during milling to ensure the highest nutritional value and flavor profile.

How long does shipping take for online orders?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and to U.S. territories. We are looking into international shipping options for the future.

Are your products gluten-free and vegan?

Yes, all of our olive oils and balsamic vinegars are naturally gluten-free and vegan-friendly. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients or gluten-containing additives in these products.
